Who we are
Rahati is a home and building cleaning company in Dubai. We clean apartments and villas by the hour, on a weekly or monthly plan, or as a one-off deep clean priced by the size of the home.
We are the service provider, not a marketplace
Every person who comes to your home is employed by Rahati. Not a contractor, not a freelancer found through an app: our own personnel, working under our supervision, each holding a work permit issued in Rahati's name by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and paid by Rahati through the Wages Protection System.
This matters to you in one practical way. Your contract is with Rahati, so when something goes wrong there is nobody for us to point at. We are accountable for the work, for the conduct of the person who did it, and for any damage caused while doing it.
What we hold ourselves to
- Cancelling is free, at any time before the service, for any reason. No fees, no penalties, no reason required.
- If the work is not up to standard, tell us within 24 hours and the choice is yours: we come back and re-do it, or we refund the fee.
- If we damage something, we pay for it at its actual value, with no ceiling.
- The price you see includes VAT. What you agree to is what you pay.
These are not aspirations. They are written into our Terms of Use and our Cancellation and Refund Policy, and you can hold us to them.
Our team
Every cleaner is background-verified and trained before her first visit, and supervisors make unannounced checks while teams are on duty. We ask you to rate every visit, and those ratings are read.
