What is this section for?+
For the times you do not need a whole cleaning visit — only the oven, or only the ironing. You pick the extras on their own and a cleaner comes for those.
Is there a minimum?+
Yes. A cleaner has to travel to you, so the extras you pick have to add up to a minimum visit length. The screen keeps a running total and tells you how much more is needed.
Are cleaning materials included in an add-on?+
Each add-on says so on its own card. Most include them; ironing is the exception people ask about most — the iron and the board are yours.
Can I add these to an ordinary booking instead?+
Yes, and it is usually the better choice. The other sections have an add-ons step of their own, so the same work is done inside a visit you were booking anyway.
How long does each add-on take?+
Every add-on carries its own expected duration, shown on its card. Added together they set the length of the visit the cleaner is booked for.
