You choose five things: how long each visit is, whether we bring the materials, how many visits a week, how many cleaners, and how many months the plan runs. Every visit in the plan is then booked in advance at the times you picked, so you never have to book again while it runs.

Two commitments earn it, and they add together: how many visits you take each week, and how many months you keep the plan. The percentage is not a guess you have to make — the plan card shows it, along with the price before the discount and the price after, before you confirm anything.

Yes. The discount comes off the whole visit, the cleaning materials included — not off the labour alone.

That date is skipped when the plan is created, not on the morning it was due. You are never charged for a visit that was never scheduled, and the remaining visits keep their days.

We assign the same cleaner to the whole plan wherever she is available, because a cleaner who already knows your home does a better job in the same hours. If she is unwell or on leave, another cleaner from the same team comes instead rather than the visit being cancelled.
