That is your choice, and it is the second question the booking screen asks. Either the cleaner uses the materials you already have at home, or you add ours and she brings everything with her. The card tells you exactly what adding our materials costs before you pick it.

Yes. The hours you booked are shared between them, so two cleaners finish a four-hour job in about two hours. Booking more than one also earns a discount, and the card shows the percentage before you confirm.

Tidying and putting things away, the kitchen and the dishes, the bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping the floors, the bedrooms, and the balcony. Not part of a visit: moving heavy furniture, cleaning windows from the outside, and anything that needs a ladder we have not been told about in advance.

Yes. Every price on the booking screen already includes VAT — the amount you agree to is the amount you pay. A booking fee is added once per booking, and the summary shows it on its own line before payment, together with the VAT the total contains.
