How is this different from a normal cleaning visit?+
A normal visit is priced by the hour and keeps a home that is already clean in order. A deep clean is priced by the size of the home and reaches what a routine visit does not: inside the cupboards, behind and under the appliances, the skirting, the doors and the tile grout. It comes with a larger team and the equipment that work needs.
Are the materials included?+
Always. The price is fixed by the size of the home and the team arrives with everything it needs — there is no materials question to answer in this section.
How long will it take?+
Each home size has its own expected duration, and the card shows it when you pick your home type, so you know before you book how much of the day it takes.
Do I have to be at home?+
Someone has to let the team in and be reachable by phone while they are there, but you do not have to stay for the whole visit.
Can I add extras to a deep clean?+
Yes. The add-ons step is part of this booking too, so ironing, the oven, the fridge or the balcony can be done in the same visit instead of a separate one.
